Michael ShoosterCo-CEO, Global Response Corp.
In 1990, Michael started our fulfillment services operations. He is responsible for growing our Telephone Answering Service operations, established in 1974, to over 3,000 service business clients nationwide, with operations coast-to-coast. Over the years, Michael has played a major role developing all facets of the company, including in sales, operations and technology. Today, Michael is co-CEO of Global Response Corp. and Global Response 3PL Corp, and President of 777 Properties Inc. Currently, he spends most of his time managing our company’s finance and real estate, building/leasing mission-critical contact centers and distribution facilities.
Paula OsorioSenior Client Services Manager
Paula has been part of the Global Response 3PL team since 2006, working as a Customer Service Representative, Region Manager, Fulfillment Project Manager and now in her current role as Client Services Manager. Her professionalism, attention to detail, ability to efficiently manage projects and accounts, problem-solving skills and enormous strength in providing top customer service have made Paula a truly valuable member of our team. She is currently working toward a BS in Accounting at Florida Atlantic University and has earned a BS in Technology Management from Broward College. Paula also holds the following skills and certifications: Certified Accounting Technician Specialist; Certified Business Specialist; proficiency in Spanish; and COMPTIA Project+-certified.
Billschensen Jean-PierreNetwork Administrator
A member of our Global Response 3PL team since 2012, Billschensen helps make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently on our network. A 2011 graduate of Broward College, he holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology. Some of his certifications include: CISSP Cert Prep: 2 Asset Security, CISSP Cert Prep: 3 Security Engineering, CISSP Cert Prep: The Basics, Networking Foundations: Network Media (WANs), Networking Foundations: Protocols and CLI Tools, CISSP Cert Prep: 1 Security and Risk Management, CISSP Cert Prep: 4 Communication and Network Security, Networking Foundations: IP Addressing, Networking Foundations: Network Media (LANs), and Networking Foundations: Networking Basics. Billschensen is also fluent in Creole and French.
Alycia DaceClient Services Manager
Alycia has been part of the GRF3PL team as Client Services Manager since 2004. She serves as a key liaison between clients and their customers, and is responsible for maintaining a high level of quality in all areas of client deliverables and communications. Prior to joining our team, Alycia worked for several years in the world of retail, and her experience working with customers in that environment serves our clients and their customers well. Alycia also offers clients as well as our internal team a great ability to multi-task and a proven commitment to teamwork.
Rachel WhiteClient Services Manager
A member of our team since 2016, Rachel services 3PL clients, including mail services and returns. Among her many responsibilities, Rachel manages multiple accounts, handles orders, process returns, prepares shipments, oversees customs paperwork and helps maintain inventory. One of her areas of specialty is international returns clients, integrating with their software and acting as their U.S.-based point of contact.
